Going crazy in Atlanta

Hell Everyone. I'm Candice I'm in Atlanta Ga and I would like a mentor. I'm sure there has to be a different way to meet someone who I can help out.....& to learn about the market and so forth. I am getting into wholesaling and will like to buy and rent eventually. I am positive and know my Atlanta area pretty well. I would just like some guidance. At wits end.
