Can I include what that unit will earn for the one I've lived in for the #'s review even though I haven't paid the rent on it per se?

However I searched the bank and it's reviews and found many bad ratings.

We haven’t had a bad review because they don’t know how home buying works and nobody gives them the time of day when they have bad credit etc but we go the extra mile to do everything we can to get them qualified and show them that they don’t have to be stuck renting

I asked this broker (Alice) to review, and she has agreed with my review and will submit an offer for us.  

Even really good PM companies like FS Houses have their share of negative reviews (tenants can be crazy obviously), but this rating that Empire has is insane.

In the Denver area, avoid High 5 Plumbing, rave reviews, but man are they expensive.

Both left a 5 star review on VRBO.
