Has anyone tried requesting a sec 8 rental increase but the rate comes in lower than the current rate?

For example on a DSCR loan at 75% LTV great FICO (above 740), 2 rentals owned, and a 5 Year PPP, you would be closer to high 6 very low 7s. at 80% LTV you would be closer to mid 7s.Conventional financing is typically higher in rate because of all the LLPAs however there is no Prepayment Penalty. 

I envision offering the full gambit of stay options: short, medium, and long term rentals.

My ultimate goal is CASH FLOW (comp rentals $4200/month).Doing the deal cash provides the most cash flow but I would like to BRRRR and recycle that money into another property down the line and grow my portfolio.Thoughts?

Don't be afraid to negotiate, particularly if you have a lot of rentals.4.

I’ve been a licensed agent for 8+ years and have managed rentals here and there on a smaller scale but now fully prepared to build a business out of it. 

We have rentals in places that do not snow but are thinking of investing in Columbus, a place that gets snow every year.
