I just switched all of mine over as it uses the same controls, just different head unit.

If I were to tell no loan officer about renting every room out and living there part time do you think there would be any way they can find out and screw me over?

The tenant was inherited though, and apparently absolutely filthy (cockroaches all over the wall).

One way I have actually done it, is if the seller is willing, airbnb allows you to completelty take over their account.
