My office has parking lot in front.

My wife just walked in my office and said it may be a tri plex... we are not sure  !

) WOW.......I was amazed at how friendly people were (and nosy) and how willing to chat with me.I listed and sold a property that is now the Fallston Shopping center on Belair Road, lots in Bel Air, commercial properties on Mountain Road (Maryland) and a few small subdivisions to mention a few.While fellow agents sat in the office (playing politics, and waiting for the phone to ring while on floor duty, I was out there walking and talking and getting good exercise, and getting to know people and asking my simple questions and getting leads).

Upon looking to correct the "occupation" info I saw that the info was not there, my license number, office address, markets I service, everything.  

For example, you might put in $10,000 and be able to invest in a $5 million office building.  

Although I have good benefits and a much better salary than the average state worker, his family medical bills, bankruptcy and divorce have left me with virtually no savings.

The difference here in LA we don't use lawyers , it is agents and escrow officers

If your looking toanage it yourself it is a lot different and more worm than a typical investment property.Also since they rely strongly on reputation and word of mouth, they had to be heavily involved as the help/workers typically are not paid well and need to be trained to build your brand
