I hear a lot on the podcast that being able to buy a property as your primary residence has the massive benefit of putting a lower down payment (i.e. 5% down), however, I do not understand why that is from an analytical standpoint.

And the TSP was a massive win for them.

I am just getting started with Tax liens, but I heard on a radio interview with Warren Buffet - when asked about what he would invest in if he were starting out today, he stated "tax Liens".  

I would recommend working with a realtor who also invests themselves.Then take massive action and start analyzing properties and making offers. 

Get one of those massive old-school bricks, and tie a note with your email and phone number.

Most comments seem to be against you.Warren Buffet is on record saying the tax system favors the wealthy.I share your concerns and include myself in the wealthy category, but I, like Warren Buffet, will still take advantage of every tax break I can.
