Need contractor for new home in 66109 (kansas city, ks)
Hello BP Community!
You've been so helpful in the past.. I thought I'd reach out again. I have a home I want to buy that is well under market value (by about 100k). It may be a good deal but I am not positive. The home requires a lot of work.. cabinets, drywall, counters, flooring, etc... But the main concern I have is the foundation. It looks to have major foundation cracks in the unfinished basement. I've talked to a lot of foundation repair people in my area for other projects and it proves to be a very difficult task to find one who is GOOD and most of all FAIR with the price... I'm not looking for cheap.. fair is all I ask.
With that being said, anyone know someone who either... can do everything or at least a good and fair foundation person that I can reach out to?
I'm basically trying to figure out how much it would cost to completely renovate this home and fix the foundation issues.
Thanks everyone in advance!
