Hey everyone! I literally just joined BP and became a pro member. 

I am fresh meat when it comes to real estate investing but am excited to get my first property. I’ve chosen my niche as rental properties for college students with a secondary niche of multi families for the general public.

So far I’ve been talking to some realtors, touring houses, getting preapproved, talking to lenders, and connecting with real estate attorneys to make sure I don’t break any laws with my first property.

looking to connect with others on here (and hopefully in person too), learn, and eventually help others.

Outside of real estate, I work a full time job, exercise, spend time in the outdoors, and chill with my dogs.
