If tenants are deliberately taking advantage of landlords in this situation I would recommend showing no mercy on the eviction and/or civil suit if you want to go that far.

If there's only one female in the building, she's likely the reason for the tampons.

The other advantage of doing a credit check is we allow those tenants to pay monthly and we get payment outside a platform to avoid fees.

I see it as an advantage since I live and invest in this state.

Contractors will take advantage of you. 

(IE: don’t take advantage of a person who is in need.)
