People generally attach 401k with profit sharing plan to get deferral up to 55k. 401k alone is only 18500. 

The only reason you havent sold is that you are emotionally attached to the property.

In 2018, I extended their lease slash created a new lease agreement (which states that you will abide by condo rules), but I did not attach the condo rules again since I had already sent them the year prior.

There are often judgments against an owner but if they are filed in a different county they do not attach to the property.
