I got tested 2x and tested negative so Im back at my parents until she tests negative.I feel like I should be prorated the days when I cant come back into the house at all.

In General- Everyone I commit to doing business with had to pass the same test.

It was gross.In addition, the drywall and popcorn ceilings have both tested positive for asbestos!!

For example, well water tests in nj are about $750 and generally done by the seller... not in this case...

Little pet peeve of mine is I have yet to see somebody who says their LLC asset protection is good to go and has had it “tested.”

If you have a way to test it yourself it’s worth checking out.

They may just be testing you but as previously stated the past behavior of this tenant would decide how the future would look. 

If you need a sprinkler system have the water main flow tested during your dd period.For utilities if you are having multiple tenants I recommend using a submetering company.
