I will admit, I am highly skeptical about anything with a fee, anything that uses the words "mentor" or anything that alludes to being able to advance someone's investing/business/career through some kind of osmosis from being around others who have had success.Now the question: Is this an organization with actual structure and value in a systematic way where the fees are used to provide support infrastructure, OR is this a updated version of a guru type system but with a monthly fee instead of a significant up-front cost mixed with some self-help (not hating on self-help, just not looking to pay for it .) ?

Organizing your day/week/month so you only think about 1 item at a time, and not moving on to the next item until you've completed the current one.It's not about placing your mind elsewhere, distractions won't fix you.

Also corporate entities are subject to the laws in the state they are organized. 

I mainly use Land Title and Stewart Title and I like them because they are dependable, organized and trustworthy.

I am trying to organize my real estate investing and I keep coming back to The Propety Mob's "Godfather CRM" It looks fantastic and the price seems reasonable.

I love volunteering to help individuals and organizations but that's sometimes hard to do with the 9-5 job.

For CA residents, it's much harder to get that positive cost-benefit if you are the manager of the LLC as you get hit with the $800 annual CA LLC tax, and have to registration costs in two states (assuming you organize outside of CA as you seem to want to do).What are you going to put in this LLC?
