Be weary of the fake websites that offer this information at a cost. 

I haven't been at this as long as many others have on here, but I haven't seen anything yet from wholesalers that seems promising with regard to mid to large sized MF. 

Once you're in, I promise you that you'll have wished you got in sooner.

Maybe, but lawyers are expensive, and unless there's a decent promise of a quick, easy payout the lawyer will want a retainer fee of a couple thousand in case there is no payout and/or the Seller gets cold feet and backs down. 

@MarieChele Porter#1 not all those that showed up will apply#2 you don't have to let to the opposite gender if they share a bathroom with you (maybe you already knew that)#3 use a merit system, whoever gets in their application first will have preference (assuming all else the same), having a roommate who is good at following through on their promises and takes care of responsibilites in a timely manner will do you well.

So how can you promise or counter these objections?
