I suspect they don't have checking accounts (which seems odd, but I know it can be a religious thing so I don't judge).  

I know quite a few wholesalers that use Bandit Signs religiously and it seems to work for them mainly for generating new seller leads.

I really haven't thought about vacation rentals however we do have big festivals people flock to.

Listening to the bigger pockets podcast religiously has been the best help for improvement in my life so far.

Ideally, I would like to buy a turnkey rental property within the next 1-2 months.I have a religious prohibition against taking on any loans/interest/dealing with banks (I can't use leverage) etc. so I am limited to the 80k in cash that I have.How and where, would the experts on here, recommend I invest my 80k?
