Newbie investor hungry for Knowlegde!

Top of the Morning! My names Alexander but I go by Alex. 26 years old and highly interested in real estate investing. My pops’ was a Real estate broker for over a decade back in Ny but then the family moved down to Florida in 08. I was 16 at the time. Fast forward, I experienced a life changing event earlier this year and decided to make a lot of changes to my life for the better. Listening to the bigger pockets podcast religiously has been the best help for improvement in my life so far. Anyhow, I’m focused on house hacking because I feel strongly that it fits my criteria of living, the best way for me to save money, and I can start my first investment. Longer term goals of mine is to open multiple streams of passive income most likely from rentals of multi family homes and duplex’s. I’m chasing that F.I. of course! Concluding my introduction, I’m a young hungry whale searching for Krill, a cactus on a rainy day. A a dry sponge ready for water? You get the point.
