Once the need becomes a bit more pressing the hospitals/recruiters may be forced to offer better stipends and then you'll find your travelers returning. 

So, it incentizes agents to recruit and make sure their recruitees produce.  

@Anthony CiccottoTo answer your questions, I have had investor clients, especially with multifamily units, change 1 or 2 unts to a MTR model once the LTR lease expires.My best recommendation is to contact recruiting agencies and also find recruiters on LinkedIn that work for the local hospitals where your properties are.

Most brokers who are posting on linkedin are recruiting for their firm and the "qualifications" are very loose guidelines since you will be working on a commission only basis at most real estate brokerages rather than on a salary they will take most agents that have an interest in joining their firm regardless of "qualifications".
