I'm having the same issue all my Landlord policy quotes take my LLC information but then ask about myself and other LLC members and say if we bundle home and auto it could be cheaper.

I have been a Co-Host for a Client on Airbnb remotely.

For example, I've taken into account house hacking, SFH investing, multis, STR, co-hosting, wholesaling, and syndications.

Prob a good idea which is why I recently added one after hosting the property over 3 years.

However, I am intrigued by the STR market and would like to connect to see if I could add value to someone in their business or help (Co-Host) managing their STR.

There are a lot of real estate meetups/groups that you can find happening in NYC and surrounding areas with a quick google search - I actually host a small one every month as well you're welcome to attend to network with folks.
