I recently attended a seminar hosted by TaxLienCode and wondered whether anyone has found their course and platform (monthly subscription) valuable?

@David Smith I was lucky enough to get a proposal from TV host on spike TVs to handle operations via a management contract.

I need additional feedback on whether the JSON file can be a hosted URL instead of manually uploading a new file each time changes are made.

I know city of Las Vegas requires host occupancy but areas close by to consider to bypass some of the city restrictions?  

I am thinking about booking.com but it will change how Airbnb pays the fee - from guest to host - so I am not too surw if its worth it. 

The difference in this portion of the execution can be $30k-$60k/yr more money in your pocket vs. that of our competition all other factors equal (such as the property size/location).Next, to drive costs down, I co-host (only for clients) at 15% which is 5-15% less than the large PM firms.

No matter how well the home is designed and priced, vacationers will click away as soon as they feel like a host is inflating costs. 

Are there any meetups or events being hosted in the area or websites to help investors network through scheduled events?
