Hotel casino purchase

Greetings bigger pockets, I am in the process of purchasing a hotel and casino in las vegas on the strip. I can payback the loan in 24 months and have been approved for the loan. I'm trying figure out a way to creatively finance the down payment. Any advice would be appreciated.
