Insurance on home to be demolished

Personally, I'm well-insured with homeowners and umbrella but because I buy and sell through my LLC, my homeowners won't write an endorsement for vacant property coverage and my umbrella won't cover any claims.So, I'm thinking about a vacant home policy but they're so expensive.

I have had several brokerages institute high minimum liability limits ($250k/$500k/$100) for their agents and have their personal auto policy include a "business use" endorsement... but asking every agent to get a commercial policy and name them as AI is over the top and not reasonable.
