That being said, I think there might be an opportunity for this program to be expanded as the the politicians seem to finally be understanding that they need to do something to fix the lack of supply of new construction homes and I'm thinking this program may end up being a part of their solution.I've tried finding some real meat/details on the program but all I can seem to find is the broad strokes at a really high level. 

there are 3 or 4 companies that sell how to programs normally about 2k to 3k.. this will give you the basics.. or you can try to find a used set of books tapes on E bay for 50 bucks or so.

Generally, I'm not a fan of the program for too many reasons to go into right now.

Any tenants SEC 8 , and if so do you know if they are actually still on the program and current on their portion ?

Home depot changed their rewards programs from mediocre to trash. 

I have learned that these programs are usually valuable, but the student needs to assess who they are before moving forward.Of course they will take your money.
