I used to do mobile home sales and I used to charge a rate of $3000 flat because the purchase amounts are so low.

Also want our staff to be able to communicate with tenants from their mobile devices using an app and not their personal cell phones.Would also be nice to auto generate emails and or text messages when rent is past due.

Can Mobile homeowners sell their house as a subject 2 like regular properties? 

A strong military market gives way to plenty of renters and buyers locally, with a lot of mobility.

It can't be manufactured or mobile home and of course we'd have to do all the permits and if I'm coverting an existing building I'd have to have it engineered and permitted to meet code and environmental health requirements.
