Very interesting how they leftthat out of their main page but tucked that into a secondary page.So, really, you're paying 10 pts and not 3 to 5.Thats definitely beyond the high end if you ask me.I've seen 6 to 8 or so but I've never seen anybody askfor 10.If you're in Ohio, though and can do a deal with 10% down of the deal price (purch plus rehab), its still not a bad way to go. 20% down plus 10 pts starts to be a bit high.

Simply stick a for rent sign in the yard and it draws attention and responses more easily than if the home is tucked away a few streets over.Ask about the longevity of the tenants to determine turnover in order to see if it has any bearing on the traffic mentioned.Lastly, my test when buying a property is to ask myself a simple question.....would I live there?

I sent them in an invitation envelope, not sealed but tucked under, hand addressed in red, with a two line return address sticker on the back and a real stamp.I hold down a full time job, so it has been quite busy and challenging for me to call them all back, frankly.
