I heard that it could go street by street 47720 ~ Harmony Way (not too many renter in the area?)

The neighborhood is just down the street from my primary home and the neighborhood is minutes from the interstate and shopping as well as the best school district in the area.  

Real Estate is hyper local so it’s going to come down to the state, city, neighborhood, Block, Street and position on that street. 

I know there are services available on the street. 

I passed by a house across the street from a church and had a strong urge to stop and talk to the contractor.

This also happened a lot in new tracts, where we would just walk down the street and note which lots had which models, but we might miss certain options on a model, like a 4th bedroom option upstairs or a 3rd bathroom or powder room, or something at the rear of the property we can see from the street, etc. 

I have a property under construction just starting to go vertical on NW 2nd street.
