Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $203,000
Cash invested: $203,000

We sold our Rochester investment in NY. Used a 1031 exchange to purchase this one. My wife and I fixed it up and are currently using it as a successful short term rental.
