Primarily in the PG Baltimore, and DC region.  

PSA: - Earnest money deposit conventions are VERY regional. 3% is normal where I'm at, other places I've read that flat $1,000 is always acceptable. - You aren't out this money unless you are a fool with your contingencies.

Towne properties is a good regional property manager with experience in larger complexes.

Also, if you have any experience with any of the big national firms, that would be great.Do you think it's better to go with a big national firm or smaller local/regional firm for property management services for an office park with about 45 suites?

You need to pick the price range, type of buyer/renter, and preferences for your region that work for you.

Most regional firms have this capability so you may very well find a firm in Alabama that will fit your needs.Having said that, the next order of business is to ask, what are your long term goals with this partnership?
