Connections were made long ago, systems set in place.   

My larger houses (with 4-9 beds in them) get one big jumbo pack of acceptable lower quality t.p. and I set it on the dining table along with towels and soap.

There is not set time, it really depends on many many factors such as your market, condition of property, contractors, permit approval time etc..

What about setting up an LLC and renting to the LLC, would that work?
