Richmond Property Manager and possible meetup

Hello Richmond, VA investors, I'm planning on coming down to look at some apartments, possibly this coming Sunday 9/10 and Monday, and would love to meet up with some local investors.

Would anybody be interested in meeting up for dinner/drinks on Sunday evening? Any type of investors/realtors/etc. are welcome! My partner and I are open to locations and areas and we would love to pick your brain on the Richmond area.

I'm also looking for recommendations on local Property Managers who can handle 50+ units. Please let me know if you have any recommendations.

Thanks in advance!
