Another option to consider: Be the squeaky wheel - get vocal with the current board, review the full financials to understand the issues, run for the board on the next election cycle, once on the board, press the management company on service issues or find a new manager.On the plus side, it sounds like your getting new siding which should help the overall appearance of the community and long-term values.

I was a pretty sharp 17 year old, but I wasn't mature enough to go about things without the structure of institution before I ripped off the training wheels and did my own thing.You have a ton of time.

They are like hamsters on a giant hamster wheel and can only see what is right in front of them. 

I have found that is most of the small towns we have lived in the only different in cost of loving is in houses not durable goods.

In Beyond's dashboard view, they show me what my pricing is on a wheel, with the comps' pricing also on the wheel, so I can glance at the wheel and see mine vs comps' pricing or occupancy.I'm new at this software...anyone want to chime in to share efficiencies they have with either software (or another one)?

If these are ones on wheels they would be more closely aligned with Recreational Vehicles and land usage can be tricky as I believe you may not be able to keep them in a place for more than 30 to 60 days.  

I thought this was a great idea and while I could create it myself, I figure it's easiest to not reinvent the wheel.
