Moving from Beyond Pricing to Pricelabs

Beyond Pricing just moved to a "pro" feature where I would have to increase my spend with them to see comps to my properties.  I can no longer see individual STRs that are comps, on Beyond. Beyond messaged me that they have an overwhelmingly positive response to the new "pro" level of product.

I decided to give PriceLabs a go.  They both have a calendar setting, where I can see the entire month of pricing.  Beyond has pricing for both VRBO and AirBnb; I like the map setting they have, so I can eliminate comps that are not on the barrier island. I'm currently set up for AirBnb only on Pricelabs, and for some reason my VRBO bookings dropped way low in my Florida beach market, so I am using VRBO's pricing suggestions at the OTA level.

I also notice that PriceLabs is set up to support longer bookings in the longer time horizon, and will aim to place shorter bookings in between, and also aim to fill in "orphan days" in between those.  I didn't notice the Beyond did that, as they didn't communicate it with me in the same way.

On PriceLabs, first impression: I like their dashboard view.  I can see the "health" of the properties, what its occupancy is, and what the market occupancy is, on a 7 day, 30 day and 60 day view and in a percentage form.  This helps me assess where I want my pricing to be, at the dashboard level.  In Beyond's dashboard view, they show me what my pricing is on a wheel, with the comps' pricing also on the wheel, so I can glance at the wheel and see mine vs comps' pricing or occupancy.

I'm new at this software...anyone want to chime in to share efficiencies they have with either software (or another one)?
