And maybe if you set up the counter to accommodate/have a built in drying rack.....it might be more appealing?

Then no one contacted us to provide an update for a week, which time I called the Property Manager for an update, he said insurance was working on it.  3 weeks later dry-wallers came to repair the drywall which took all day, the next day they returned to paint again all day.  

The only downside of CyperWP is that is leaves a white film when it dries which will be seen on dark floors but can be wiped up easily.The CyperWP supposedly has a 3 month residual effect; the NyGuard 7 months.Other customers also speak highly of the liquid product Suspend sold on that site.I've never used DE but it's also sold on that site.Good luck!   

They teach you how to gamble with them, they take your money and leave you high and dry if things go wrong.

This is a relationship that needs to be cut and dried and leaves you in total control.

If the crawl dries to a point of being dusty for long periods of time the mold may go "dormant" where new spore production is concerned.
