The only downside of CyperWP is that is leaves a white film when it dries which will be seen on dark floors but can be wiped up easily.The CyperWP supposedly has a 3 month residual effect; the NyGuard 7 months.Other customers also speak highly of the liquid product Suspend sold on that site.I've never used DE but it's also sold on that site.Good luck!

A 7.5cap for a Class A property sounds good but I'd keep the powder dry and wait for screaming buys which I suspect will present themselves over the next 6-12 months.
