Dust here and there, a very small amount of construction trash in the front yard, and some trash in the driveway that was there when I bought the house.

you flip the house upside down you search through the yard etc...only to find out the keys have been in your pocket the whole time.

I’m an out of state investor and recently one of my tenants left trash on the front yard.

I would do EO for section 8 tenants but I would NOT touch Irvington with a yard stick.

Btw, if you do remove the windows, be sure to save the windows and give/sell to an architectural salvage place.
