Have you ever been searching for your keys? you flip the house upside down you search through the yard etc...only to find out the keys have been in your pocket the whole time. I call it an aha moment.  After reading Finding and funding great deals by anson young. I went back to drawing board and figured out I had a perfect deal all along. I've practiced numbers done my due diligence I'm Just looking for a little mentorship or advice from someone. If I could connect with someone experienced that would be great
