They sign on contracts with local hospitals for 3-6 months and are super respectful generally.

After purchasing the property at the beginning of 2020, I did my due diligence to screen and find tenants and I’m so glad I took the care I did during that process because my tenants have been fantastic (pay rent on time every time, neat and clean, respectful, take great care to their portion of the backyard, have asked to make small upgrades and executed them nicely, etc.)

I really appreciate and respect the input from the BP members.

People lack respect and manners today.

Their maximum rent is $1900/mo & $1800/mo and they would like to be moved by 4/15/21 and 6/1/21 respectively.
