P.S - I see you are in Dallas, I am thinking of organizing an event in the next few weeks where DFW folks can meet.

I am trying to organize my real estate investing and I keep coming back to The Propety Mob's "Godfather CRM" It looks fantastic and the price seems reasonable.

I love volunteering to help individuals and organizations but that's sometimes hard to do with the 9-5 job.

For CA residents, it's much harder to get that positive cost-benefit if you are the manager of the LLC as you get hit with the $800 annual CA LLC tax, and have to registration costs in two states (assuming you organize outside of CA as you seem to want to do).What are you going to put in this LLC?

@Brittany Johnson A couple of questions- Is this wholesaling company an established organization that has been around for a while or are they just starting out? 

*I am about to form my own LLC to protect assets and help organize financing for loan/tax reasons, and my thought process behind funding all business costs is this:I will open a business checking account with my local bank in the name of my LLC.All profits from any investment deal will be deposited there first before withdrawing my own "salary" or living expenses out.

Be prepared to have a lot of people begin to question a lot of things, the back bay neighborhood association is one of the toughest community organizations I know of in the US, and I have done projects all across the country.
