Can folks local to Detroit (or investing in Detroit) comment on how the 7000 block of Stout street (south of Tireman and north of Warren Ave) is?

If they had more properties in Indianapolis and/or North West Indiana (suburb of Chicago) I would be buying more from them. 

The rent is lower than the north riverdale/southern Shiloh neighborhood where I operate now.

My last job was managiung a remodeled of 180-unit townhouse neighborhood in North Chicago. 

We tend to stay away from North Trenton. 

Therefore, the market is very sensitive to any crisis or recession abroad, especially in North America.
