Any good neighborhoods in Trenton NJ?

Greetings BP members!  Trenton NJ is infamous for being a "rougher" area in addition to being the seat of NJ government. That said, as with most places, I presume there are good areas & blocks within this city. And by good, I'm referring to solid, safe and working class neighborhoods (i.e. no warzones).  I'm open to suggestions.  Thank you, kindly.

@Odie Ayaga Thanks for the shout out!  @Jason Clarke  We have been investing for over 10 years in Trenton and have a fairly decent portfolio now.  We tend to buy in South Trenton, Chambersburg, Mill Hill and Villa Park. There are other good neighborhoods as well. We also have bought by the train station since there is development happening over there (you can google Roebling Lofts).  We tend to stay away from North Trenton.  Hope this helps! If you are ever in the city, our office building (full of small business owners) is located at 354 S Broad St in Trenton (Mill Hill section of the city). Good luck!! :)
