Super old but with A LOT OF renovations it would have been beautiful.

Downstairs has high ceilings throughout, a beautiful staircase, original 5 panel doors, french doors, an extra large kitchen, dining room, family room, bedroom, full bath, indoor laundry and tons of storage.

We rent our primary home for 5 months during the high season (we are in Oregon wine country, surrounted by vineyards and BEAUTIFUL views over the valley.

I grew up in apartments my whole life and have witnessed my parents great distress at not being able to pay their bills while seeing their rents increase.
