I have a large social network and know lots of folks in the community (pretty much anyone with a school aged kid).  

Be sure to tie your personal social media pages with your business pages. 

You generate leads by marketing your business just like you would any other business(networking, mail, social media, online, etc etc etc).

Hello Kirk.It's good to hear that you have both decided to become an investor and have taken steps to educate yourself in Real Estate by becoming a Realtor.I also find it enlightening that you have realized that there are many, many types of individuals that will always give an opinion about Real Estate investing, but have never and probably will never actually invested in Real Estate...They simply speak as experts from what they have heard on social media, news, blogs, etc. 

A couple follow-up questions:-If the city considers residential rental activity a business activity, does that mean you're required to hold a Commercial Activities License or is a Social Security Number enough?
