Hi everyone, my wife and I are joining up on different forums that we are hearing about in our research and on podcasts.  This one kept coming up as a good resource so we are hoping to learn from the group and hopefully make some great connections to get started in this business.  

I'm currently in education but have always had an itch to diversify.  I have a large social network and know lots of folks in the community (pretty much anyone with a school aged kid).  I hope to leverage those connections and network to make deals.  My wife works for the County and has a lot of knowledge on that side of things so our hope is we can both use our skills to get started but are looking for more education first. 

We are excited to join the group.  We currently own 1 rental property but are interested in flipping.
