Then they pay teams to travel and promote so they are making a lot of money at it.

It just is painful to see the government waste through poor execution when many non profits could do twice as much good with 10% of the funds.Thanks for your promotions of social responsibility.

When times change, their promotions and strategies change with them.  

I'm looking at their options now and they won't charge us as the owners anything to install the cable lines (and have the tenants contract them directly/NO bulk service), but they do want a 10-year agreement + us to promote their services.

There's nothing on here that says anything about real estate or investing.I know this was just a first pass and I love the design on the back.But I really think its missing the value if you're hoping to promote BP.i.e.

Sure Karen Margrave - as long as it isn't a paid meetup or some kind of promotional thing or something with an upsell - you can post meetups in the forums, preferably in the Local Real Estate Networking & Recommendations forum!

Make sure you are prepared with materials to promote you as a buyer's agent as well as listing agent.   

Anyone in hospitality should long ago have discovered that the mattress industry is either showrooms + commissions or websites + paid promotion.

It's often promoted as a cure-all safety net for sellers, but it may well be unenforceable as a circumvention of due process of law...
