You pay premium on new construction, so to give it two years to appreciate from when you purchase it doesn't seem like enough time unless you hit the jackpot in terms of the area.

I ask because I've only used free online resources like the Trulia.com Crime Heatmap, which previously had green to yellow to orange to red to indicate progressively increased crime, but is now just progressively darker shades of blue (likely due to the historical association with "redlining").

Hi Mike, I've been in a similar boat for the past year and a half or so, but I am finally making some faster progress.  

IMO there is a level of expectation that the manager will not be perfectly in tune with you, but that’s why you have regular touch points via phone or email to check on progress, changes, etc. 

Hi @Frank BonzaiYou should have a general outline/idea of what you want to say to the owner, but it's much better to let the conversation progress organically. 

I always invite my private lenders to visit the site so they can see the progress.
