Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment.

Purchase price: $450,000
Cash invested: $110,000

3 buildings 11 units, 5 commercial 7 residential. we are in the mist of renovation. we are increasing rents from $175 - $400 a unit. So far we have renovated 3 units and have increased overall rent by $800 so far. we will be renovating 5 additional units.
