Hello,

My name is Taylor Douglas. I have recently moved back to the San Angelo, Texas area and I am actively looking for my first deal. My wife and I grew up in the area but we have moved around the last couple of years while I was working in Wind Energy for Next Era Energy. We have a 16 month old daughter and another daughter due in July. For my first deal I would like to buy and hold a SFH using the BRRRR method but I am also considering multi-family. As of now I do not have a specific timeline; however, it is my goal to invest full time in real estate sooner rather than later (broad goal). I have thoroughly enjoyed learning from bigger pockets and their members and I look forward to continuing my education in real estate investing. Hopefully I will meet some local investors in the near future.
