Even if they think you are a softie they can abuse, you'll hopefully never interact with them after this is over.

Our six fix and flips deals to start 2017 are spread out in different communities in Chicagoland.We have improved every area of our business by chatting over Sunday goal setting calls and holding each other accountable throughout the week.

I'm a pretty new owner so not nearly the expert that many on these boards are, but feel free to message me if you ever want to chat.

This was the last incident that caused our attorney to change our management agreement that owners are to NOT contact the owners: An owner went to the house to have a chat with the tenant, the tenant told them where their new restaurant was and stop by anytime, they proceeded to also make a visit to the restuaraunt, where they talked horribly about the neighbor and what a "nutcase:" she was.

Would be nice to dispatch the guy and move on.I think I'll head over to the local Bars Hotel and see if/how I can have a chat with the Mr., make him the offer of solving his lease obligation problem so he's not stuck with this liability when he turns in the jumpsuit.  

Although I recently had a brief interaction with the wife, and she was very personable and respectful.
