Hello,

I've been reading BP posts for a while and figured it was time to chime in. I am finishing up my third flip in just over a year. First one I bought at the courthouse steps, second one at an online REO auction site, third from a wholesaler. I have a full time job, so this is a side gig for me. I do consider going full time, but I would really have to ramp up to replace my income & benefits at my day job. For now it's one at a time, but am considering using hard money or private money to ramp it up.
