You may have miscalculated the offer amount and insulted the seller on a property that may actually be worth more once you examine it more carefully.If you are wanting to absolutely minimize any possible interaction with un-motivated sellers then you can certainly spend the extra time to research the property values up front and make hard offers with dollar amounts.

Also, its great if you can get a parent to come to the showing of the property (not always possible) but its nice to have adult interaction.

Those who have not completed college may be unaware that any subject can be made difficult and that the subject matter may appear simple or insignificant, it's about the ability to learn, adapting to disiplined study, interacting with others with different views and accomplishment.

I have so much interaction with both, and it seems to be an entry point for so many new people to the industry.

That is why newer investors come to this site you can avoid some mistakes by interacting with more experienced investors in the business.Stay away from those folks at the seminar they are looking to take your money.

I had always heard complaints about the bank in passing conversations, but paid them no mind as I hadn't noticed any issues with my own interactions with them; that is until today.
