I see 3 schools of thought here:1.

one school of thought is that folks are home and actually might read your mail.but then you know there is a buying selling temp and you need to strike while the iron is hot.not sure how you handle your leads but those i know in the industry they get a lead and they are at their house within hours. so this might be tough for the next 30 to 45 days..

I graduated from UAB back in 1986.

You don’t have kids so it won’t affect you directly until you do and they are school aged.

This is the time of year when the last students are figuring out their housing situation for the 2020 school cycle.

I was stationed at Eglin for EOD school and then lived in Destin while working on Hurlburt.

North Jersey is a great place to grow up, I went to school in central Ohio and really missed the people you run into in NJ. 

By that time, there will be more clarity of what happens with the property.Discussing it now is more like discussing what college your kid will go to before she graduated from her preschool.

Or, if you can handle the risk, try and go it alone like many on this site do.No one was gossipping and freaking out during the plague.... they were working... despite the bodies in the streets.Kids were not off school for 2 months while polio was going around.If you government tells you you must stay in your home, or you can not go to work, or be a productive contributing member of your community, stand up and remind them that they work for you!   

I am currently working as a case manager in Los Angeles for the developmentally disabled population and planning to return to school for a Master's in counseling psychology and license (somewhere 1-2 years from today).
