I've read up on Podio and it seems like a great platform to work from; however, there appears to be a heavy development process to get it working.What other platforms are out there for someone who is a bit tech savvy and would like to find a platform that I can grow my business on?

Are you looking to buy existing or develop ground up?

Our strategic partner is a developer that builds houses in Spain and Slovakia so they knew how to mitigate risks and save some money.

At some point developers pushed all of the low income housing into just a few blocks.

I know there’s cash flow obviously, but where to avoid war zones and possible developing areas. 

I am also looking for a new part time job in a real estate/development field, In order to gain more experience in real estate.If your from the Levittown area maybe I can grab you a cup of coffee sometime.

Does anyone have experience doing a LEED-certified home or development for their investment projects?

@Andrew PettitGenerally BRRRR connotes rental real estate (as opposed to flips, developments, or operating businesses).I'm curious if there's a disconnect between you and your CPA.
