Good Morning,

My name is Will James. I am a new member of the bigger pockets website! I graduated from psu in 2017 with a degree in finance. During my senior year, I took a few financial real estate classes and absolutely loved them. I loved them so much in fact, I was 1 of 8 students selected to represent my school at the Cornell Real estate case study.

I currently live in Levittown, PA(still with my parents). I am working two (non-real estate related) jobs, in order to pay off college debt and save for my first rental property! I am listening to the bigger pockets podcast everyday on my way to and from work and really enjoy it. They recommend I stop by the forum page so I figured I post one and introduce myself!

I check Zillow daily to learn more about my market, but I would like a better way to evaluate it and learn where to buy or better websites to use for market research. I am also looking for a new part time job in a real estate/development field, In order to gain more experience in real estate.

If your from the Levittown area maybe I can grab you a cup of coffee sometime.

Yea zillow displays reviews and past sales. You can even search by the zip code you want to buy a place in and see who does the most business. Good luck
